Ability to rearrange variable groups in Builder 2.0's Calculation section#329

When you add a new variable group in Calculations, it goes to the bottom of the page and you can’t rearrange it. When you have a lot of groups and you need to make changes and organize the groups, it would be helpful to be able to rearrange (move up and down) the groups.
